Edmonton Heritage Places Fund

The Edmonton Heritage Places Fund supports the identification, preservation and celebration of the Edmonton area’s diverse and abundant heritage places so they can be experienced and appreciated by present and future generations.

This fund, maintained by the Edmonton Community Foundation on behalf of the Edmonton Heritage Council, supports the following areas of activity:

a. capital investment in the infrastructure of heritage places;

1. studies and research related to Edmonton’s heritage places;
2. the advocacy and promotion of heritage places; and
3. initiatives to celebrate and interpret Edmonton’s diverse heritage places.
