Sandy Hoye

Sandy Hoye is a graduate from the University of Alberta’s Library and Information Studies program and works as a Research Associate for the Métis Archival Project. He has interned at the Smithsonian Archives in Washington, D.C. and Provincial Archives of Alberta, and is interested in applied research, discovery and access systems, and informatics. When not working, Sandy is watching movies from Hong Kong or listening to DJ Screw.

Hoye is presenting, with Dr. Frank Tough, Métis Archival Project: National Council Historical Database as part of the symposium Reconciliation and Resurgence: Heritage Practice in Post-TRC Edmonton on March 3 and 4.
