Learn More About EHC’s Flagship Programs

FIRE (Funding Indigenous Resurgence in Edmonton) has been providing funding assistance to Indigenous (First Nations, Métis, and Inuit) individuals and organizations to support projects telling community stories since its introduction in 2021.  Through its story collection, virtual exhibitions, ECAMPing Trips, podcast, and other programming, ECAMP (Edmonton City as Museum Project) tells the stories of the People, Places, Things, and Moments that make Edmonton our city. The Heritage Community Investment Program (HCIP) invests funds—provided by the City of Edmonton—into the stabilization, increased professionalism, and innovation of heritage in Edmonton, for Edmontonians. Learn more about our programs and how they help us support the community in our 2021 Annual Report, published in 2022 (more reports here).
